Hippity Hop Event Rentals is located in Prince George’s County Maryland. We rent party and event equipment including tents, chairs, banquet tables, cocktail tables, moon bounces, concession equipment and more. We service Prince George’s County, Charles County, Southern Maryland and Northern Virginia areas.

Loss or Damage
- When is the best time to reserve my equipment?
We always recommend that all reservations are made as soon as possible. You do not need to have a final order when you reserve. Changes can be made as we get closer to your event. All equipment is subject to availability.
- How much deposit is required to reserve my order?
A minimum of 50% deposit is required on all rentals. Additional $25 deposit is required for concession items such as popcorn, snow cone, and cotton candy machines.
- Do I need tablecloths for the tables I am renting?
We would highly suggest getting some kind of covering for the tables. This is rental equipment and it is important that your event looks great! We offer plastic and linen tablecloths.
- What happens if I have to cancel my order. Do I get charged for it?
We do not charge a cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery date. We charge 40% of the total cost of rental if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date.
We deliver and pickup party rental equipment. Delivery/pickup round trip fees are based on your location.
- Can I pick up my rental items?
You are more than welcome to pick up your rental items. There is no charge.
- Is set up and tear down included in my order?
Set up and tear down is not included in your order but can be added for an additional fee.
We do not charge additional cost to setup tents and big inflatable games including moon bounces.
- How should I return the rental items or prepare the rental items for pickup after use?
Tables and chairs should be free of food, liquid, tapes, and stains. You will be charged cleaning costs of 35% of your total rental cost if you return any of the rented products in unclean condition. Chairs and tables should be folded and stacked in areas accessible by our delivery team to take them and load into the truck.
The customer (Lessee) is responsible for the full replacement cost of any lost or damage rental equipment and accessories.
Tent Setup Policies
The customer is responsible for disclosing information to Hippity Hop Event Rentals regarding any underground wires, pipes, sprinkler systems or septic systems on their property.
If the property where the rentals products will be delivered to is a rented property, please contact the owner of the property for permission to have the rental products used on their property and have the property owner provide you with materials, maps, or layout diagrams that show the location(s) of underground wires, pipes, sprinkler systems, septic systems, or any utility component that is vulnerable to damage by staking the rental items.
Call Miss Utility (811) – a free service offered by most states to identify and mark wire lines and utilities that are below the ground.

If no markings or indicators are placed or made by miss utility or the Customer (Lessee) in the area where the rental equipment will be setup, the Customer (Lessee) acknowledges that Hippity Hop Event Rentals is not responsible in the event that we puncture any untold systems in the ground, and that Hippity Hop Event Rentals will be held harmless and not be held responsible for any damage from said installation of equipment.
